Shengju Lu is a deputy director at Fuzhou Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone in Fuzhou, China. He has been one of the principle investors behind the city's rapid economic growth and expansion in recent years. He paid $3.85 million for this 5,900 sq. foot home in 2009.
