Steven Gilfenbain is the founder and CEO of Stevco Inc., a large California grape grower-shipper. In 2011, he sold a substantial portion of his company to a private equity firm.
Gilfenbain purchased this house for $4.25M in 2012. He is also building a much larger new home nearby.
