Steve Grindstaff is the former owner of Grindstaff Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge.

Grindstaff built this estate, named "Crantzdorf Castle" which sits on a 13-acre spread on the shores of Boone Lake, is reportedly modeled after the Palacio de la Magdalena in Spain, and boasts nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms and four half-baths. Also listed as the property’s amenities are a full home theater, a pub, a billiards room with an antique, hand-carved wet bar, a more than 22-foot tall grand fireplace, and a fully finished basement and attic. It also features an indoor basketball court (which can double as a reception room), a swimming pool with a view of the lake, a covered veranda, a gazebo and a private track, which is a one-sixteenth replica of Bristol Motor Speedway.
