2015 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

2015 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree (StreetView)
This 78 feet tall Norway Spruce was chosen to be displayed as the official Christmas Tree in New York's Rockefeller Center in 2015. It was located about two hours north of the Big Apple in the front yard of Albert Asendorf, who submitted photos of the tree to be considered for the honor. When Asendorf moved here in 1957, it was 20 feet tall.

The tree was cut down on November 4th and had its lighting ceremony on December 2nd. It featured 45,000 LED lights and a 9 feet tall star made of 25,000 crystals.
