Tom Ford's House

Tom Ford is an American fashion designer and filmmaker. He launched his eponymous luxury brand in 2005, having previously served as the creative director at Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. Ford wrote and directed the films A Single Man (2009) and Nocturnal Animals (2016). He currently serves as the chairman of the Board of the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Ford sold his Tom Ford brand to Estee Lauder in 2022 for $2.8B.

Ford bought this home, in an off-market deal, from private equity chief Rob Heyvaert for $51M. Heyvaert had purchased the home in 2021 for $35.75M.
