2008, Alexandra Burke was turned from average East London girl into a household name, after winning the X factor UK. According to the star, she did not make her first million until 2011, when she bought this newly built house, for £1,675,000, self admittedly she deposited half cash and took a mortgage on the property. The house was originally listed for a massive £2.5M.
