Crews from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) were summoned to a a large blaze on Brown Street in Bolton around 18:50 on Saturday 4th June 2022 shortly before the Queen’s Jubilee Concert was due to start outside Buckingham Palace in London.
8 appliances were sent to the scene in which had broken out in commercial premises. The fire produced lots of smoke which was blown toward the town centre.
Crews were still at the scene the following day damping down.
No one was hurt or injured in the fire.
