Hopper goes here with Officer Powell to perform some research in 1x03. Joyce and Hopper find Will trapped in the Upside Down version of the library in 1x08. Dustin tries to check out a stack of books to help with his research into the creature but finds he already has too many books out in 2x03. In real life, this is East Point's Historic Civic Block.
