107 Brookdale Rd, Liverpool England was the home of a teenage Freda Kelly when at the age of 17 she was hired as a secretary by Brian Epstein to help manage the Beatles career. She remained with the Beatles until they split in 1970.

Epstein met Freda in the Cavern club as an avid, though not hysterical fan of the Beatles at around the same time he discovered the Beatles themselves. He soon personally hired her to help him with the Beatles. Freda was always trusted and loved by all of the Beatles and remained with them until they broke up in 1970.

Freda took over the Beatles fan club before they became famous and inadvertently used her own home address for the Beatles fan club address. What started as 200 fan letters quickly turned into van loads of mail. Her father, who did not approve of the Beatles was extremely annoyed as his private mail including utility bills were mixed in with the thousands of fan letters. This is how this address became famously known and is featured in the documentary "Good Ol' Freda" 2013.

Beatles fan memorabilia mailed from this address is very rare and adds significant value to those artifacts that still exist.
