Since 1990, Levy has served as president of Cenvill Recreation, which manages the recreation operations at all four Century Villages, the retirement communities founded by Levy's father, H. Irwin Levy. The younger Levy also has been involved in the acquisition, management and sale of residential and commercial real estate in South Florida for 15 years. In 2010, he was named president of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

Levy has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1981. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from Nova University Law School. He practiced in Palm Beach through 1986. From 1987-1990, Levy was the executive vice president and chief operation officer of Communications and Cable, Inc.l (CCI), a NASDAQ-listed company that owned and operated cable TV systems, and pioneered medical imaging storage. He served on the board of directors of nStor Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed corporation from 1996-2005, where he was president from 1996-2000.
