This isn't it. They rotate between 3 hours. All south of the 215.
1 in Henderson and 2 in the SW (think 215 down to saint rose parkway. All 3 are gated with camera's so don't even think about trying to sneak in.
If you are looking to meet live UFC stars, your best bet is going to one of the many MMA gyms in town like Vandaleigh, the throwdown, TAPout gym, and I think there are a few "secret ones located in the north east.
Many fighters also live in town with condo's in Summerlin, so you might get lucky and meet a guy in Albertsons/Smiths/etc. Just don't ask for their auto-graph. Just say Hi! I am a big fan,shake their hand, and then move on.
If you want their autograph really bad; wait for UFC fan appreciation week in July or follow them on the internet, and see where they will be making appearances. Some like to swap between Stockon,NY, and SoCal (Huntington Area to San Clemente) and San Luis Obispo.
