Most of the scenes of the 2013 film "As Cool As I Am" took place in this neighborhood. The film stars Sarah Bolger, Thomas Mann, Claire Danes, James Marsden, and Jeremy Sisto.
This house served as the home of Lucy Diamond (Bolger) and her parents (Danes, Marsden). The (olive green) home of her best friend (Mann) is located on the corner just east of here. The vacant lot across the street served as the neighborhood playground.
