The country music singer-songwriter, who broke through in 1996 with her #1 hit "Strawberry Wine", purchased this property in that same year and lived here until 1999. The home currently owned by Music City songwriter Kevin Kadish. The home she moved to after leaving here in 1999 and her home in Los Angeles (which is currently up for sale) are both featured on this site.
