Douglas Shorenstein is the Chairman and CEO of The Shorenstein Company, one of the United States' largest and oldest privately owned real estate firms and one of San Francisco's largest landlords. The company was founded by his father, Walter Shorenstein, who passed away in 2010 with a net worth of more than $1 billion.
