William McMorrow's house

William J. McMorrow is Chairman and CEO of Beverly Hills-based Kennedy Wilson, which he purchased in 1988 as a real estate auction company and expanded into an international real estate investment and services firm. Kennedy Wilson now has 24 offices in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Spain and Japan as well as more than 300 employees and assets under management of approximately $12 billion.

In November of 2009, the company went public and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Kennedy Wilson Japan went public in 2002 and is currently listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
