Mitchell L. Morgan & Hilarie Lauter Morgan's house

This is the house of real-estate developer Mitchell Morgan and his wife, Hilarie. The 29,000-square-foot (2,700-square-meter) mansion is jokingly called The Hotel or Fontainbleu by the locals.

Previously, this was the home of Ed Snider, the founder and chairman of Comcast-Spectacor.

Comcast-Spectacor is a Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment company which owns the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL, the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA, the Philadelphia Phantoms of the minor American Hockey League, the Wachovia Center, the Wachovia Spectrum.
