Poche is a former freight tycoon who sold his company in 2003. He's currently considered the 41st richest Australian, with a personal wealth of $735 million (Forbes).
The house is currently listed for sale at $14 million.
It will be home to Channel 10′s The Bachelor 2013, the first Australian version of the popular international reality series.
