The co-owner of Irongate Capital Partners, a developer of high-rises and hotels, purchased this Bel Air property for just over $4.5M in 2011. Grosfeld is perhaps best-known for being sued by Donald Trump after Irongate licensed Trump's name to develop a luxury resort in Tijuana. When the project failed, investors sued both Irongate and Trump.
Just prior to purchasing this house, Grosfeld also bought Nicholas Cage's foreclosed Bel Air mansion.
