Jen Kao's House

The fashion designer lives here part-time with her mother, Yu-Fan Kao. In late 2013, she announced she would be closing her eponymous fashion line due to unspecified health concerns.

The Kao family paid $15.4M for this house in 2013. Jen's father, Taiwanese billionaire Min Kao, and Yu-Fan own several other properties, including homes in Venice (CA), Kansas City, and a $40M apartment in NYC's prestigious 15 Central Park West building.

Decades ago, this house was reportedly owned by Kirk Douglas. However, the structure has been altered considerably over the years and is now essentially a completely different house.
