Joseph Lashinger is the former president of Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack. He began his career as consultant at Penn National and later became vice president and general counsel of the company. He has also been a partner in the law firm of Fox, Differ, Callahan, Sheridan, O'Neil and Lashinger. He owns this 16,600 sq ft house.
