Justin Chang is Principal of Colony Capital LLC, a boutique capital investment firm headquartered in Santa Monica, CA. Prior to joining Colony in 2010, Chang was a Partner and Managing Director with TPG Capital, an international private equity investment firm which he joined in 1993. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chang paid $16.8 million for this 9,800 sq. foot Montecito home in April 2012.
