Lawrence Lacerte is the Chairman and CEO of Exponent Technologies, a Dallas company specializing in technology and Internet-related ventures. Prior to that, he was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Lacerte Software. He and his brother, Philip, sold the company, which sold tax prep software to accountants, to Intuit Corporation in June 1998 for $400 million.
