Kiril Sokoloff is a director of Wynn Resorts and founder of 13D Research. He is founder of Bluespan and HC Search Company, and is considered as an expert in China. He opened an office in Hong Kong in 1992 and introduced many of the largest money management firms in the US to the historic investment opportunity in Hong Kong and China. He serves as Chairman of Bluespan and a Co-Chairman of HC Search Company.
