Description:The late "Dave Matthews Band" saxophonist lived here. This was his final home on the East coast and the site of the ATV accident that caused him complications that eventually took his life. His LLC continues to own the 19.03-acre property purchased in February of 1997 for $590K, according to Albermarle County records. His final West coast residence is also featured on this site. As of January 2009, the property was worth over $1.1M.
