Marvin J. Herb is the billionaire owner, chair and CEO of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Chicago.
Not knowing he'd make a fortune from their rival years later, Herb spent seven years with Pepsi-Cola Inc., holding various positions such as president of bottling in Indianapolis. That same year, Herb later bought the Coca-Cola bottlers for Chicago and Indianapolis. Currently he also sits as chair of Hondo, Inc. and director of the National Soft Drink Association.
Herb ranks on the Forbes list of the 400 richest Americans.
