This is the famous 'Metalli-Mansion' where Metallica lived in 1983. Owned by Mark Whittaker (Exodus's manager)
Metallica lived here from Feb. 11th to April 1st, 1983 playing the S.F. club scene.

They then moved to New York in order to record "Kill 'Em All".
