Siamak Akhavan's House

Siamak Akhavan is a property developer and structural engineer.

In 2011, Akhavan purchased this building, the old Second Church of Christ, Scientist, a neoclassical structure built in 1905 by William H. Crim.

He converted the building into 3 luxury townhomes of roughly 5,000 sqft each. He reserved the top floor underneath the dome for his own personal residence.
