Zac Brown's house

The country megastar lives here. As of 2013, of the 12 singles the 34-year-old's Zac Brown Band has released, all were hits and 8 were number-one country songs. Billboard placed the band 28th on their list of top earning music acts of 2012. He bought this house in 2010 for $1.85 million and is building a camp (Camp Southern Ground) for disadvantaged youth on the property south and east of the home. It is presumed that his beanie collection is stored here.
