This house, situated in the gated community of Fairbanks Ranch, near Rancho Santa Fe, belongs to the richest man on Earth – Microsoft's co-founder Bill Gates. It is one of his summer residences. Just to the south of it is the famous Del Mar Country Club with its golf course.

Wrong. Not Bill Gates. He lives next door and spent $9mil or so on the driveway connecting to the house down the hill. This house belongs to Bob & Beverly Breese
