Billy Corgan's House (former)

The Smashing Pumpkins frontman lived here from 1993 to 2001. Before he bought the home, Corgan was "living in a parking garage and sleeping on a friend's floor," according to a 2000 article in the Chicago Tribune. Corgan kept a piano in the front bay window where, he said, he would write songs. He estimates he wrote 150 here.
