Bob McDill's House

The country music songwriter lives here. Active from the 1960's until the late 1990's, he has written several songs for country music artists, including more than 30 #1 Hits. In addition, he has received several Songwriter of the Year awards from Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI) and the Nashville Songwriters Association International. His celebrity neighbors are Martin McBride, Ronnie Milsap and Randy Scruggs. This estate also sits right next to the Tennessee Governors mansion, as well as being close to the former celebrity mansions of Tex Ritter, Minnie Pearl and Webb Pierce.
