Stevenson has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to forming West Coast Housing Partners in 2007, Mr. Stevenson served as President and Founder of one of Southern California’s leading home builders and land developers. At its height, the company employed over 200 people in four operating divisions and was ranked as one of the top 100 home builders nationwide.

Prior to 1997, during a seventeen-year career with Weyerhaeuser, Mr. Stevenson held various executive positions in the financial services and real estate development operations. He managed the development of more than $1,000,000, 000 in commercial and residential real estate assets for Weyerhaeuser Financial Services. Concurrently, Mr. Stevenson served as President of Weyerhaeuser Financial Services’ home building subsidiary, and as Executive Vice President of Weyerhaeuser Financial Investments.

Mr. Stevenson is a member of the Urban Land Institute Community Development Council, a Trustee of the Children’s Bureau of Southern California, member of the 1972 USA Olympic Volleyball Team, and a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Stevenson is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and graduate of San Diego State University.

He owns another home in Malibu.

He bought the home from Bruce Willison.

Mr. Willison has served as a director of Health Net, Inc. since December 2000. Mr. Willison also is a director of Grandpoint Bank, a community bank in Los Angeles, and a trustee of SunAmerica’s Seasons and Series Trusts. Mr. Willison served as Dean, UCLA Anderson School of Management from July 1999 to January 2006, and is currently Dean Emeritus of the UCLA Anderson School.

From January 2009 until July 2010, Mr. Willison served as Chief Executive Officer of Grandpoint Capital Advisors, a middle market investment bank. He served as a director of IndyMac Bancorp, Inc. from July 2005 to July 2008. From April 1996 to October 1998, Mr. Willison served as President and Chief Operating Officer of H.F. Ahmanson, Inc. (Home Savings of America). Mr. Willison also served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Interstate Bank of California from February 1991 to April 1996.
