The celebrity illusionist paid $17.55 million for this 18,600 square foot house in July 2016, a record for the Las Vegas area.

The home was built by Kevin C. Hooks, the founder and former President of Catalyst RX, the fastest-growing pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) in the U.S. The company is now a subsidiary of Catalyst Health Solutions. In 2009, Hooks also paid $3.5 million for a condo at the Palms in Vegas.
