David Gilmour's House

David Gilmour is an English guitarist, singer, songwriter and member of rock band Pink Floyd. He joined as guitarist and co-lead vocalist in 1967, shortly before the departure of founding member Syd Barrett.

Gilmour purchased this property in 2015 for £2.5M. On the property formerly sat a Grade-II listed Victorian-era Turkish bath, which Gilmour demolished to build this new home. The new 8,000 sqft sea front home includes a sunroom, guest cottage, and dog bathing room.
