Filming location used in the 1995 comedy-drama "Empire Records." The film starred, Anthony LaPaglia, Maxwell Caulfield, Debi Mazar, Rory Cochrane of "Dazed and Confused" fame. Renée Zellweger,Liv Tyler and Robin Tunney.
The location that was used for the store front of Empire Records which included scenes of Renée Zellweger singing on a fake 1st story roof added to this building.
