Kurt Cobain’s daughter recently bought her first home — a $1.8 million Spanish-style house in the Hollywood Hills.

The sale closed in July 2011, according to one property listing.

Some celebrity gossip blogs have speculated about whether the purchase means Cobain is moving to Los Angeles full time. She reportedly attends Bard College in upstate New York where she studies art.
