Hoffler Klinik in 007 film "Spectre"

The structure is a restaurant called the "ice-Q" that opened in 2013 at a cost of € 4.5 million. The restaurant is located at the summit of the 10,000 foot (3,048m) Gaislachkogl and was used as a upscale clinic in the Bond movie, "Spectre".
