Jeoung Lee's House

Korean businesswoman and nursing home owner Jeoung Lee owns this 22,000 sq. foot mansion. Lee owns multiple hospitals across the country, including Westlake HCC, Manor HCC, and Fidelity HCC.

Lee paid approximately $17 million to purchase the then-unfinished home at a foreclosure auction in 2007. She has been trying to sell the now-completed estate for the past few years, most recently at a price of $45 million. According to Lee, the property has been christened "The Hutton House Estate", though it does not actually have a Hutton Drive address.
