LeBron James purchased this 2.5 Acre property in 2020 for $36.8M which belonged to the estate of Lee Phillip Bell who best known for co-creating the soap operas The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless with her late husband, William.

LeBron demolished the house and is currently building a new property which he plans to move into with his family once construction is completed.
