Before he bought this house, in 2010, the price home was reduced to $16.9 million, from $25 million. The 11,000-square-foot (1,020-square-meter) home was designed by Santa Barbara-based architect Timothy Morgan Steele with art connoisseurs in mind. The home has three bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a reflecting pool, and lots of linear wall space for art display.
