Albert Elkouby's Spec Mansion

Albert Elkouby is CEO of apparel company JH Design Group. He is also a property developer, and he has been working on completing this massive spec mansion since 2008.

The mansion is located on the site of Mohammed al-Fassi's former estate which burned down in 1980. The new mansion has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms and a total of ove 28,000 sqft. Features include guard gated entry, a ballroom, a library, a dining room, a screening room, a game room, a gym with "Roman-inspired indoor pool," wet and dry saunas, an elevator, 11 fireplaces, a three-bedroom guesthouse, and an acre and a half of land.

The home was recently featured on HGTV's 'Selling L.A.' and on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing".
