Percival E. Foerderer's House (Former) (Birds Eye)
Percival E. Foerderer was a leather-manufacturer.

This home, known as 'La Ronda', was a 17,500 sqft estate and the only property north of the Mason-Dixon Line designed by famed architect Addison Mizner. The home was mostly demolished in 2009 to make way for a new home. The new home can be seen in the east-facing BEV.
