The singer, songwriter, guitarist and record producer, lived here. He was the lead singer of successful country music band "The Mavericks", having co-written many of their singles, as well as Rick Trevino's 2003 single "In My Dreams". Since the disbanding of "The Mavericks" in the early 2000's, he has since pursued a solo career which encompasses numerous genres of American & Cuban music. He sold the 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 3,890 sq ft home on October 31, 2011 for $594,300, according to public records.
