He works for Tiedemann Advisors, with more than $15Bn AUM.
As Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee, Mr. Nye participates in manager due diligence, advises on portfolio allocations, and works closely with the Investment Group to identify strategic themes and investments.
Mr. Nye has had a lengthy career at the highest levels of the asset and wealth management industries. Currently, he is a Partner in Archstone, a New York-based asset management firm. Previously, he was President of Baker Nye Advisors, a wealth-advisory firm serving institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to Baker Nye, Mr. Nye was Managing Partner of the George F. Baker family office and spent several years at Goldman Sachs in the arbitrage department.
Mr. Nye serves as Trustee and a member of the Executive Committee of Lenox Hill Hospital. His other interests include the Council of Foreign Relations, Brookings Institution, and Asia Society.
Mr. Nye earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
