Richard Santulli's house

The founder and Chairman and CEO of NetJets, Inc. from 1986 to 2009 lives here. Founded in 1986 as Executive Jets, NetJets pioneered the concept of fractional jet ownership, which allows individuals and businesses all the benefits of a private aircraft at a fraction of the cost. Previously Santulli was the Vice Chairman of investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked from 1969 to 1980. Santulli sold NetJets to Berkshire Hathaway in 1998 for $725 million, although he remained the head of the company until 2009.
