Rick Guerin's House

Rick Guerin and his wife Fabienne paid $10.2 million for this Trousdale Estates home in 2007. Guerin has more than 50 years experience in business, and has served on the boards of more than 20 public companies. Currently, he is Vice Chairman of Daily Journal Corp. and PS Group Holdings, as well as the manager of his Pacific Partners fund.

Apparently the home has been gutted and the Guerins have been trying to sell the existing shell for the past year. The Guerins also owned a home on nearby Alpine Drive that they sold to Jeff Bezos for about $25 million in 2007.
