Tim Rogers is the former owner of Tower Market and Tower Energy Group. Rogers and his wife Twanna, are the developers of The Thermal Club, a private residential community built around a race track, in Thermal, CA. The community will feature three separate race circuits designed by Alan Wilson. Membership will cost $85,000 with annual dues starting at $7,200. Buildable lots for homes and/or garages start at $500,000. The club will also include a spa, driving school, and go-cart track.
