Armando A. Tabernilla is s Vice President and General Counsel of Florida Crystals Corporation, an agricultural and food manufacturing company based in Palm Beach County and one of the largest privately-owned businesses in Florida. He also serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Domino Foods, Inc., the nation’s largest cane sugar refiner and the owner of the Domino Sugar and C&H sugar brands. Prior to joining Florida Crystals, Mr. Tabernilla was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IVAX Corporation, a publicly-traded, multinational pharmaceutical company based in Miami, Florida.
