Billy Pearson's House (Former)

Billy Pearson was a horse jockey, who won over 800 races, an an art dealer. During his ownership of the home, Pearson frequently hosted parties which were attended by famous Hollywood friends including Bing Crosby, Burl Ives, and John Huston.

The home, named "La Fenice" was modelled after Teatro La Fenice, an opera house in Venice. The home was designed by architect, Tom Shepherd.
