Richard Morgan Fleihr better known as the American professional wrestler Ric Flair owns this beautiful Charlotte property. The Nature Boy himself, known for his outrageous claims such as having slept with 15,000 women and guzzled 15 drinks a day, is often lauded as the greatest professional wrestler of all time. A member of the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, Flair has been wrestling since 1972 and remains associated with the WWE to this day.

Described by himself as a, “limousine-ridin', jet-flyin', kiss stealin', wheelin' dealin', son-of-a-gun (who kissed all the girls worldwide and made ‘em cry)” Rick Flair is best known for his outrageous stage persona.

There are conflicting reports concerning the Nature Boy’s net worth. Known for his extravagant flair, the former wrestler Flair seems to have struggled to maintain his wealth over the years. Some estimate Rick Flair holds a $500 Thousand net worth, while others show his net worth over $3 Million. Difficult to confirm which, but it is known that he has been in trouble with the IRS going back as far as the early 1990s. Then still more recently, in 2000 the IRS issued a lien over $870,000 worth of unpaid taxes. The agency even went as far as to garnish the superstar’s WWE earnings in 2005. While Flair has been reported to blame his second wife Elizabeth’s overspending for his financial mismanagement, according to legal filings released in 2019, Ric reportedly failed to pay his full tax amounts as between 2016 and 2018. While it may be that he has been having trouble paying because of the burden or back taxes, the filing showed that he still owed the Federal government $240,000 and the state of Georgia $40,000. Such recently exposed debts likely account for the varied net worth reports. Also of note, is the 2019 medical emergency he faced. The required heart surgery cost him close to $1.8 million in medical bills to be paid out of pocket.
